Toscana was founded in 2012 with a simple belief: great food has the power to bring people together.
Located in the heart of Cooperstown, just steps from the National Baseball Hall of Fame, Toscana is a family-owned restaurant where warm hospitality and Northern Italian-inspired cuisine come together to create memorable dining experiences.
At the center of Toscana is owner and chef Tony Pepaj. After immigrating to New York from his hometown of Brekoc, Kosovo, Tony began his culinary journey working in restaurants throughout New York City and Long Island.
Over the decades, Tony built a career rooted in hard work, family, and a love of hospitality. Those values continue to shape every aspect of Toscana today. From welcoming guests at the front door to carefully preparing each dish, Tony and his family have created a restaurant that feels as much like home as it does a destination.
